Indians Attacked in Australia

I don't want to call every Australian a racist, but with the way Indians are targeted everywhere ( geographically ) inside Australia, it makes me wonder if they are racist. Indians who go to foreign lands with proper visa's and documents are hardworking, intelligent and law-abiding people. To attack them is very cowardly and living in a foreign land myself, I totally understand what they are going through.

Its Bad, its awful....but what about Indians getting beaten up, raped and killed in India. When we address the issue of a very small number of people living in Australia, we are in denial to address the every day torture our fellow Indians belonging to different groups face( North Indian, south Indian, upper caste, lower caste, Muslims, Sikhs...blah...blah, at this rate we will have a group for every street in india). It hurts the same for every human being...first start treating your fellow Indians equally then question the Australians.

Start treating people like people. dont see a person as a religion, a caste or what ever...see them as a human.

India Shining

OH MY GOD....isnt this the reaction you had when those girls were punched on their faces ,dragged by their hair by the hooligans. isn't this the reaction you had when the cops beat a 5 year old kid.

But, is this any different from the brutality of riots, terrorism or the 1000's of years of enslaving the schedule cast and tribes.No, becos these werent captured in tape. It shocks us now, becos it happened to us now. It shocks us becos we saw it. My point is Violence is inherited in India and we do nothing about it, we denied to see it this long, now its on our face and all of a sudden its shocking.

Why did we tolerate such behaviors, why do we vote the same violators back to power. why, why, why this stupidity. in an ever changing cultural country, who decides what culture we follow- some gunda with a chain or a politician who is seeking a career for his son.

The shameless indian politicians dont have the balls to crack down on the so called religious moral policing, they are blaming the girls for being in the pub. I dont hope to see India shining, becos india has the attitude of celebrating people as cheif ministers who architect the biggest genocide of this decade. Yes, I see India shining- in violence.

MUMBAI - An eye opener or is it???

Bombay - thats how i would like to call it, is the cultural capital of India. Tamils, Malayalees, Marathis, Muslims, Hindus, Christians, Buddhist, Gays, Trans etc., everybody lives side by side. I cannot hold to this nicely written opening for this article for long cos iam so angry at whats happening and how it was handled.

Like the outlook article says " I am surprised with the incapability of the indian security system". Some random B from pakistan can do that to us, what a shame. Pakistan has to know that there are paybacks for harboring these radicals. As my brother says - " its time for India to kick some Ass".

Simi Garewal- What the F is wrong with you women, I thought you knew better, you are pointing out a bunch of slum houses that are flying the pakistan flag, is that the real problem. They are illetrates, they are the sole reason why we have these underperforming politicians. They know no good, they have to be educated. Dont you realise that the terrorist wins you start using this incident and start fighting between each other, isnt that what they want - a big commotion in India.

The real threat here is PAKISTAN and its attitude of " we can do anything to India and get away with it". The second big threat is the caste based and religion based outfits - Ban them all. It makes me laugh my heart out - I mean how obviously can Indian police officials and politicians "FIGHT THE TRUTH". it doesn't take an Einstein's brain to accuse the perverted assholes who raped and killed the poor 15 year old girl, rather the Indian government is blaming the mother being a hippie and the hippie culture of hers invited trouble upon her daughter.

There are so many Indian women who are promiscuous, so you mean to say that all of them have to be raped and killed ?

We take if for granted that foreigners are available or easy for sex. They are as humans as we are, they have a culture too. We have to open up our culture and be more tolerant. I don't think the govt is taking the right action and the tourist are better of vacationing in a much friendlier Thailand or Mauritius rather than become a victim to the perverted Indian mentality.

Madhya Pradesh bans Jodhaa Akbar

The government bans a movie because Rajput community threatens to burn theaters that show the movie, Jodha Akbar. Awesome, whatever happened to freedom of speech. This is FIGHTING THE TRUTH.

The government instead of actually protecting the interest of majority of the people, who want to watch the movie, is listening to small groups that impose violence on the society. Will the government anytime act on its own or dance to the tunes of fractions of society. Just because you listen to these fools and respond as how they want you to respond, more such violent protest arise in our country.

One person dead. Because Raj Thackeray provoked violence and now he is in bail. Is there justice in this country. Just because he is wearing a clean cotton kurta is he any different from Bin Laden.
